+Users select the eVoucher top up method in their online account at the merchants’ site or app, choose the amount they want to credit [we automatically apply the transaction limits that are applicable by the regulatory framework] and a paycode/QR/GS1 is generated.
Visit OKTO point
+Users can find the nearest OKTO point of OKTO’s collaborating network of points of sale via the store locator function.
Complete transaction
+Users present the eVoucher to the cashier (or terminal) to scan/type the code and pay the respective amount in cash and their online account is credited instantly.

How does PIX work?
+PIX is a payment method created by the Central Bank of Brazil to bring instant payments to life. Through PIX, payments and transfers can be completed only in a few seconds 24/7.
How does Boleto work?
+Boleto is an official (regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil) payment method in Brazil. To complete a transaction, customers receive a voucher stating the amount to pay for services or goods. Customers then pay the Boleto before its expiration date in one of several different methods, including at authorized agencies or banks, ATMs, or online bank portals. Payment confirmation can be available after 1 business day, while funds will be available for payout 2 business days after payment confirmation.
How does OKTO.CASH work?
+eVoucher solution by OKTO constitutes a secure, real-time, and user-friendly payment method for users that prefer to transact online but still pay with cash. Users can select OKTO.CASH as the payment method in the online merchant site or app, select the amount that they want to credit and a Paycode/QR/GS1 is generated. By clicking on the store locator function they can find the nearest OKTO point. They should show then the eVoucher to the salesperson to scan/type it, pay the selected amount and their account is credited instantly, in real time!
User’s transaction of any type was not successful. What users can do?
+In exceptional cases, such as the result of technical problems where the payment cannot be completed successfully, users should contact the customer support of the respective merchant company that users performed the payment. If the issue is not resolved, you can contact our Customer Support at supportbrazil@oktopay.eu
Are the OKTO solutions secure?
+OKTO complies with the most stringent security standards. We follow a strict set of rules, working hard to keep merchants and consumers money safe. Our bank-level privacy and security policy ensures protection against misuse and fraud by the use of transaction limits. Additionally, transactions made via OKTO are automatically verified to prevent fraudulent conduct. OKTO process all payment solutions in accordance with the Brazilian legal framework.
Is personal data / information secure and encrypted?
+Safeguarding users and merchant data in a secure environment is one of our most important priorities. OKTO has taken all appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure that the processing of all data, either by the same or by third parties on its behalf, is lawful, appropriate and has the appropriate security level to prevent any unauthorized or accidental access, processing, deletion, alteration or other use. Those measures are reviewed and amended as necessary. At OKTO we align our processes to best practices, thus all your processed data remain encrypted through the highest level of data encryption and stored using third party servers in a highly secured data center.
